Montana's wolves are the bane of the cattleman and the darling of the environmentalist. Hardly a day goes by when you don't see a newspaper article dealing with the subject. Just a few days ago a coyote killed a newborn calf on the ranch across the road from us. If the coyote can... Still there must be a place for this part of God's plan.
